Cancellation Policy

7 Day Cancellation Policy

 

You can cancel up to 7 days prior to your activity taking place with NO Penalties. You will recieve a full refund providing you have called our offices and spoken to a representative. Your tour will not be concidered cancelled untill you have recieved your cancellation email. *Please see exeptions section for all exeptions to this rule

 

3 Day Cancellation Policy

 

If you cancel within 72 hours prior to your check-in-time you forfeit your deposit depending on your activity. Your deposit will be held and can be used toward any activity we offer provided you book within 2 years of your cancellation date. *Please see exeptions section for all exeptions to this rule.

 

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

 

If you cancel within 24 Hours of you check-in time you forfeit your deposit and you will be charged the remaining balance stated on your reservation. There are no exeptions to this policy.

 

Service Charge

 

If your Deposit amount exceeds $100 your refund wil be subject to a 10% service charge

 

Cancellations Not Under Your Control

Tour Operator Cancellation

 

If the tour operator cancels for any reason and can not accommodate you on another day, you will be issued a full refund of your deposit or total amount charged. We are required to confirm cancellation with tour operator before issuing a refund.

 

Bad Weather

 

If the tour operator cancels for any reason and can not accommodate you on another day, you will be issued a full refund of your deposit or total amount charged. We are required to confirm cancellation with tour operator before issuing a refund.

 

Cruise Ship Itinerary Changes

 

If your cruise ship changes itinerary and prevents you from participating in your excursion you will be issued a full refund. You are required to present proof of itinerary change before we are able to issue a refund.

 

No Refunds Will Be Issued For The Following

No Shows or No Call

 

If you, or a member of you party does not show up for your activity you will be responsible for the full amount of the tour or activity. Cancellations through email are not cosidered cancellations and you will be charged as a no show.

 

Showing Up Late

 

If you, or a member of you party shows up late and are not able to participate in the tour you will still be responsible for the full amount of the activity.

 

Failure To Bring Confirmation

 

We email all activity reservation confirmations to the email address you provide us at the time of reservation. The confirmation contains all important details and instructions about your activity. It is your responsibility to make sure that you recieved the activity confimation as well as to bring it with you as proof of reservation. If you do not recieve this email contact us immediatly as the email address supplied may be incorrect. It is your responsibility to ensure you recieve this email once a reservation is made. No refund will be given for any cancellations or no-shows as a result of you failing to follow the insturctions on the confirmation. If you are unable to print out or forget your voucher please contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to fax one to you but if we are unable to get you a replacement voucher you will still be held responsible.

 

Unsatisfactory Activity Experiance

 

If you experience any issues with the quality of your activity, please address them immediately with your activity operator. Voice your concerns and complaints with the person in charge of the activity in order to reach an amicable solution that day. Do not wait until you return from your vacation. If you feel you deserve a partial or full refund it is imperative you make this known the same day of your activity.
